The story
It started with one overcharged hotel owner.
Benny runs a hotel. To manage his people he was paying roughly ฿100,000 a year for SynergyLao — a single-purpose HR system — and still ran payroll by hand in Excel every month. A small fortune, for software that did one job and did it grudgingly.
